So what are Personal URLs and how can they help me? |

Personal URLs are personalized microsites or landing pages that supplement any type of marketing campaign. For example, let's say you're launching a direct mail postcard campaign to a data list of targeted prospects. Personal URLs will build a dynamic landing page driven from that list and your postcards will be printed via variable data printing directing your prospect to visit their personalized website. When they arrive at http://JohnDoe.YourDomain.com for example, what they do now is entirely up to you. Since we know who they are, we record their visit and any further information we collect on your behalf. Their visits and data we collect are stored in our custom Personal URL database for your campaign. We also send out alerts to you or your sales team notifying them of the lead. |

Can I use my own domain for a Personal URL campaign? |

We recommend you get a unique URL for your campaigns because we need to host that URL on our Personal URL Servers and would not want to disrupt your existing website. Our techs can assist with any domain registration and DNS setup for you. Your domain can uniquely reflect the campaign you are running. |

How much of an increase can I expect in my response rates? |
| |
Response rates of course primarily reflect the quality of the list you are marketing to. But it is normal for Personal URL campaigns to see response rates from between 10%-20% and many times even higher. With normal direct mail campaigns you are lucky if you see more than 2%-3%. |

Do I have to know anything about design or html to run a Personal URL campaign? |

Absolutely not! We do everything for you. Our biggest competitors not only require you to download bulky software that runs on only Windows, but they also expect you to set this complicated solution up yourself. By that we mean they expect you to create the questions, answers, forms, option menus, and a good degree of programming is required to use their solution. That is never the case with Personal URLs. Our team of designers and programmers take care of doing EVERYTHING from the import of your prospects list, to the creation of the actual landing pages. All you need to do is tell us how you want your pages to look and we do the rest! |

Can I customize my Personal URL landing page? |

All of our campaigns are 100% custom. We do not use templates, or pre-packaged software. We do design and program the campaign for you, and also can integrate any supplied html from your designers/programmers. If your graphics department would like to provide us the design template, we will convert that into HTML and integrate our Personal URL technology. If your programming department would like to supply us with existing pages, we will integrate that as well with our Personal URL technology. Of course we can do both design and programming too if you require that. |

Does Personal URLs use pre-made templates for their campaigns? |

NEVER! Every campaign we set up is uniquely tailored to your specifications. Many competitors use pre-existing software which limits the capabilities to customize and provide a better response rate for your unique business. |

Does Personal URLs customize the engine to meet the demands of clients? |

Yes, we do this all the time. Because we have developed our own software engine, we are able to customize it for your campaign. A few examples are the way in which it reports. We have customized it to integrate with Salesforce.com, personalized videos and multimedia, and many more types of technology.

In addition to exporting the results in Excel, can I export the collected data to a different format like a SQL database, Access database, and Salesforce.com? |

Can I run the same campaign over and over again? |
| |
Yes. Once we set up a campaign and landing page, it can be there as long as you wish. We do have monthly hosting expenses to keep it running however. We can make minor edits to reflect a new mailing and we handle any new imports of prospect lists and generate the Personal URLs for those as well. |

I'm a marketing company. Can I offer this to my clients as a service my company provides? |

As a reseller we provide you with your own URL that is skinned to look like your company website. Your clients will not come to our website to log into their campaign reporting administrator. |

Can i manage my clients in my reseller account? |

Yes. If you are a reseller you will be able to log into your account to manage your clients, create users and log into their live campaigns. |

I am a web development company or printing company and can provide the designs or html pages finished. Can you integrate your engine with our pages? |

We sure can. We accept html files from our resellers all the time and can usually do it within 24 hours from the time we receive the files. |

What type of printing technology is needed for a Personal URL campaign? |

Since your campaign is now personalized, your printing materials need to be as well. This technology is called Variable Data Printing which uses the same list that powers your Personal URL campaign to dynamically print your prospects name or business as well as the Personal URL that we have created for them. Each actual piece of printed material will be unique, one for each in your prospects list. |

Does Variable Data Printing cost more than regular printing? |
| |
Variable Data Printing (VDP) does cost a little more than normal printing jobs, but the benefits this will have for your response rate doesn't compare to the minor increase in printing price. We have seen that by spending a little more you actually make a lot more by directly and personally targeting your prospect. |
